Heidi Cuppari

Heidi is a pioneer in social change finance and business, and a mother of two children.  After serving as a wealth manager at UBS Wealth Management, in 2014 she founded Anastasia Impact and serves as an impact investing guide/concierge to women, millennials and their families and help activate global systemic change. When imagining what would be needed to achieve moonshots such as the SDGs by 2030, she realized that we needed innovators with the best imaginations in the world: kids. Thus, she started Dream Tank in July of 2016 and has since run over 60 workshops designed to unleash the innovation of kids, teens, millennials, and adults. Heidi believes the power and creative genius of kids can innovate a better future for all. She thrives in building in mentorship and community connection to this end. Her dream is to grow Dream Tank globally to further amplify the voices of youth and their participation in meaningful and bold community change.

Andrew Brown

Andrew is deeply curious about human nature.  In 2012, shortly after moving to San Francisco, he built a company around his passion. Curiosity Labs has since served fast moving technology companies from Netflix to Square to Hound, helping them build meaningful, human-centered products. He increasingly works with mission-driven organizations and entrepreneurs - including the Impact Hub and scholars at Watson University in Boulder, where he now lives.

His curiosity has led him to a six month journey living in the jungle in Borneo to understand social and ecological systems, and to studying organized crime in Russia. Over the past 10 years, he has conducted over 100 empathy journeys including immersions in the Mare favela in Rio to understand social entrepreneurship with Journeys for Change to understanding how people live in slums outside Delhi for Tata. He has facilitated over 100 visioning and prototyping workshops with politicians, entrepreneurs and corporate teams, including Visa, Soundhound, UC Boulder, Advanced Space and Galvanize. Andrew has been on the edges of innovative techniques over the past 10 years. He pioneered the shift to an open innovation culture at Tata Global Beverages in 2008, applied Google X rapid prototyping approaches to 50+ problem solving challenges from 2014- and has had numerous immersions into Stanford's d.school and MIT's Presencing Insititute to explore cutting edge approaches to creativity and innovation. In late 2016, he co-founded The Collaboratory, a be tank and incubator to reimagine business to serve all people and the planet.

Emily Winslow

Emily runs the Boulder/Denver chapter of Investors' Circle and Social Venture Network, and is the CEO of Peak Impact Consulting, an investment advisory firm dedicated to helping clients achieve their impact investing goals. Emily’s expertise includes investor relations, capacity building, partnership and funding development, and creating and implementing web/social media strategy for global organizations in the social enterprise and non-profit sectors. Her organizational memberships include Ellevate and World Denver Young Professionals, she serves on the advisory board of the Global Fund for Women, co-chairs the World Denver Ambassador Committee, and works with female entrepreneurs as a SheEO Activator.
